After you complete your purchase you will receive an email with photo submission instructions.
*If you order multiple custom products, you will receive 1 email per product you order. Even if the photo is the same across all the products you order, please upload it to each of the emails you receive.
Custom products take between 2-4 weeks to ship. Sorry, but we can't accept returns on custom products. If there is any issue with your order please email us and we'll make it right!

- FREE 5-7 BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING when you spend over $75. This excludes any items stated to be 'Pre-Order' and if carriers experience possible delays that are out of our control.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
- We will accept returns of unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of receiving your order for Store Credit or Exchange only.
- FREE EXCHANGES are only offered for the same item in a different size or color of the same product style. Only ONE free exchange label per order will be provided and size exchanges can only be made once.

Most of our items are made by hand in California in small batches. Sometimes items can fit differently depending on the batch that they were made in, so if something doesn't fit right, please just let us know!

SO bummed about this purchase. I loveloveloved this brand, but this was NOTHING like the preview I was sent for approval. I can barely make out that it’s a dog on the sweater, let alone MY dog. It’s muddy and poor quality. I attempted to contact customer service prior to reviewing the item, but after apologizing and saying they’d reprint the hoodie, came back to say they wouldn’t. Extra bummer.
